1. Eligibility and Requirements

• Gender Requirement: These job opportunities are strictly available to female candidates only.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Equipment: Candidates must have access to a smartphone with a stable internet connection, which is essential for completing tasks effectively.
• Language Flexibility: Candidates can perform their tasks in any language they are comfortable with, as language flexibility is available.

2. Job Timings

• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. It is expected that all candidates respect these timings and maintain regular attendance.
• Interview Timing: Interviews are scheduled between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure availability within these hours for interview sessions.

3. Salary and Payments

• Salary is based on the position and level of experience, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Payments are made monthly, subject to timely submission of work and completion of assigned tasks.
• Any issues related to payment must be addressed directly with Dev Online Agency’s HR team.

4. Professional Conduct

• Candidates must maintain professional conduct during all work interactions.
• Prompt communication, task completion, and adherence to company policies are mandatory for continued employment.
• Dev Online Agency reserves the right to terminate any candidate not adhering to these conduct standards.

5. Confidentiality

• Candidates must keep all company information confidential, including but not limited to, client information, job procedures, and internal processes.
• Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and may involve legal action.

6. Termination of Employment

• Dev Online Agency reserves the right to terminate employment at its discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or failure to meet job requirements.
• Candidates may also end their engagement with the company by providing a one-week notice to allow for smooth transition and task handover.

7. Amendments to Terms

• Dev Online Agency reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Candidates will be notified of any significant changes.
